This part-time role offers flexible shifts with a friendly team, on-the-job training, mileage reimbursements, and benefits including medical and dental insurance. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass Minnesota Background Study.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle.
• No experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals toward employment by helping them build essential job skills.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to support clients in securing meaningful employment.
• Assist clients in developing independence and career goals while mentoring them in workplace settings.
