Residential Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Team Supervisor in Duluth, MN, to support youth with disabilities and mental health conditions. The role entails providing hands-on assistance and overseeing staff while fostering a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the field providing direct care.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Must be 21 or older to work in youth foster care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of day-to-day tasks based on client needs.
• Medication administration and personal hygiene support.
• Supervisory duties including training and scheduling of staff.
• Develop meaningful relationships in a person-centered culture.
