Help At Home is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, transportation, and companionship to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Document care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
