Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent medical training/experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar and punctuation.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from members on benefits, care coordination and program inquiries; document calls accurately in PHI system.
• Manage a member caseload within care management teams; support timely communication and monitor needs to improve outcomes.
• Perform outreach calls to confirm services are in place.
• Additional duties as assigned.
