Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• For Call Center: handle incoming member calls, address benefit questions, coordinate care, connect to care manager, document calls in designated PHI system.
• For Care Management: manage assigned caseload, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, outreach to confirm services, monitor quality and cost outcomes.
