A leading state agency is seeking two Food Service Supervisors to oversee food handling and safety procedures at the Special Commitment Center. This role involves supervising resident workers, ensuring proper sanitation, and coordinating meal preparation. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Additional benefits include premium pay and transportation support.
The Special Commitment Center is seeking two Food Service Supervisors to join the team at Steilacoom, WA. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with state service! As the Food Service Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, elimination of safety hazards, proper care and use of equipment in the dining area and kitchen, and inspecting food inventory for proper rotation and usage.
SCC employees also receive an additional $10 per day premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and a free ORCA card for transportation use. Ferry transportation is provided to McNeil Island employees.
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
