The State of Washington is seeking a Custodian 3 Supervisor to oversee a crew of resident workers at the Special Commitment Center in Steilacoom. This role involves training in custodial duties, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring safety practices. Candidates should have relevant experience and strong communication skills. Additional pay and benefits are offered, including a premium for on-site work and transportation assistance.
We are seeking an experienced Custodian 3 to join our team. You will supervise a crew of resident workers and provide training in general custodial duties and heavy equipment operation for maintaining floors, carpets, and upholstery at the Special Commitment Center in Steilacoom, WA.
SCC employees also receive an additional $10 per day premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and a free ORCA card for transportation use. Ferry transportation is provided to McNeil Island employees.
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
Professionals with one to two years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, custodial work, or general/building maintenance, OR one year of experience as a Lead.
