Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a DSD DC or food-related industry.
• Experience leading and directing others is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel and basic math skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the DSD DC.
• Assigns daily tasks to the DSD Warehouse team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists with training new warehouse staff.
• Manages inventory: receives, stores, loads, and maintains accurate records.
• Unloads trailers, verifies loads, balances daily inventory using handheld devices.
• Maintains warehouse organization and product rotation; ensures cleanliness and safety.
• Covers open routes as directed and delivers products to customers.
• Leads month-end inventory counts and reports discrepancies to leadership.
