As a Director of Staff Development Assistant (DSD Assistant), you will assist the Director of Staff Development (DSD) and the facility with ongoing orientation, educational, and learning opportunities in a supportive environment. You will help staff gain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to perform their duties safely and effectively. Additionally, you will help monitor the activities of nursing staff to ensure that quality care is delivered in compliance with state, federal, and corporate standards. You will also participate in the infection prevention and control program, contributing to its activities and effectiveness.
