991 Clyde Avenue Opco LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Director of Staff Development (DSD LPN/LVN) to lead orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role monitors nursing activities, directs the infection prevention and control program, and collaborates with leadership to uphold state, federal, and corporate standards. LPN/LVN license and a nursing degree are required.

Qualifications
