Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Drywall Technician to join our Reconstruction team. You should take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy independent work, and pursue a stable, full-time position with a company that values quality work.

As part of a leading national franchise, you’ll tackle a variety of drywall projects, collaborate with project managers and trades, and contribute to customer satisfaction through precise finishes and safe work practices.

Competenze

• Professional experience in drywall installation, repair and finishing.
• Knowledge of drywall materials, tools, techniques and finishing processes.
• Residential reconstruction/remodeling experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple job sites.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, techniques, and finishing processes.
• Ability to deliver smooth, high-quality finishes with attention to detail.
• Experience with residential reconstruction or remodeling preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and move between multiple job sites.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your craftsmanship.
• Professional attitude and ability to interact respectfully with customers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working in active construction environments.
