Paul Davis is seeking an in-house Carpenter/Painter in Jacksonville, FL to lead renovation projects in residential and commercial properties after events requiring restoration. You will spend significant time in the field, install trim, flooring, tile, frame work, and perform drywall touch-ups, painting and finishing work with attention to quality and safety.

Formación

• Experience with drywall finishing and carpentry related tasks is preferred.
• Ability to read project plans and follow specifications.
• Strong attention to safety and quality in field work.

Responsabilidades

• Execute renovation work on residential/commercial properties post-disaster or restoration events.
• Spend significant time in the field to ensure project completion meets standards.
• Interact with owners and sub-contractors to coordinate work after events like fires or floods.
• Provide timely communication and maintain project timelines.

• Paul Davis front line workers interact with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As an in house carpenter, you will execute the renovation. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
