Future Opening: Construction Project Manager

Full Time • Warrendale

Reports To: General Manager or Owner

Paul Davis is currently looking for a Restoration Project Supervisor in your area. At Paul Davis, we help home owners put

Restoration Project Supervisors work with owners and sub-contractors after events such as a fire or flood to clean up
and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Supervisor, you will supervise the
renovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the
field.


We are looking for individuals who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time. If you are self-motivated and like to be rewarded on your ability to produce, this job is for you.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base plus commission on projects completed. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $40,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):

  • Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Confirm budget and work orders before start of project
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Build relationships with key customers – consumer and business customers.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and subcontractors.

Additional Skills Required:

  • Drug and background checks required
  • Physical Requirements: All types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
