Drybar in Sandy Springs is hiring warm, smiling faces to welcome guests as our retail sales associates. You’ll guide the client experience from check-in to check-out, support front desk operations, and help customers choose products to enhance their blowouts.

Expect lucrative commissions on product sales, PTO after 6 months for full-time staff, free blowouts Sunday–Thursday, and employee discounts. The role offers a friendly, team-driven culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift.

• Technically savvy and comfortable with front desk operations.

Aufgaben

• Client Experience & Front Desk Operations: Greet and check in/out clients using Booker; Manage client profiles and troubleshoot scheduling or POS issues; Handle payments, tips, and commissions with integrity; Answer phones and voicemails promptly; Review client notes to ensure personalized service.
• Shop Flow & Team Support: Pair clients with stylists and manage break schedules when needed; Support shop management in maintaining smooth daily operations; Serve complimentary beverages and engage clients to create a bar-like vibe; Maintain clear communication with team and leadership.
• Sales & Product Knowledge: Recommend and sell products, tools, and memberships; Restock and maintain retail displays; Support merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain shop cleanliness and complete assigned side work; Follow all opening, closing, and shift duties.
• Training & Culture: Help onboard and train new Bartenders; Contribute to a positive, team-first culture; Attend mandatory meetings and uphold Drybar’s 10 Core Values.

There's a brand new Drybar in Sandy Springs, and we are looking for warm, smiling faces to welcome our guests! At Drybar we call them bartenders, and they guide the entire client experience from check-in to check-out.

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:
