Dry Goods is seeking a Keyholder in New York to support store operations and management. You will drive the customer experience by greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging, clean store environment.

Expect to open/close, train new hires, and work day, evening, and weekend shifts. You’ll contribute to hitting sales targets, developing customer relationships, and delivering a standout shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience and greet every customer.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store for business.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
