Dry Goods USA is seeking a Store Keyholder to support management in daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain an engaging, organized store environment.

You will greet customers, assist with sales goals, and contribute to training and opening/closing shifts. The role emphasizes a friendly, knowledgeable team member who drives store success.

Qualifications

• Own the customer experience and greet customers with sincerity.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business.
• Highlight product knowledge to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock and maintain a clean store.
• Assist with new hire training and store operations.
• Open and close the store for business and be available for day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting and thanking every customer.
• Meet individual sales and account goals as a sales associate.
• Develop relationships to expand the store's customer base.
• Showcase product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Unpack stock and ensure attractive product displays.
