Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain dry film equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up artwork using computer technology according to production requirements.
  • Inspect artwork, imagery, and panels to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Read and follow travelers, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Follow all written and verbal work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Work safely around manufacturing chemicals.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Dry Film Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining dry film equipment used in the printed circuit board manufacturing process. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the production team.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating dry film equipment or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, travelers, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience working within an ISO 9001 or similar quality management system.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dry film equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up artwork using computer technology according to production requirements.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently use hands for handling tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work around manufacturing chemicals while using appropriate PPE.Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
