Job summary

AdvancedPCB Holdings, Inc. is seeking a diligent operator to run dry film application equipment, lamination, and exposure systems in our California facility.

You will prepare and mix dry film materials, monitor processes, and inspect film adhesion and exposure to meet tight tolerances. The role requires at least 1 year of PCB manufacturing experience, familiarity with photoresist materials, and the ability to work overtime including weekends as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).
  • 1 year experience in PCB manufacturing, specifically with dry film processes.
  • 1 year familiarity with photoresist materials and PCB fabrication processes.

Essential Job Function

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring availability to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • 1 year experience in PCB manufacturing, specifically with dry film processes.
  • 1 year familiarity with photoresist materials and PCB fabrication processes.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English as needed for the position.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hour.
  • Ability to lift consistently lift 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour USD | DOE

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
