Job summary

Summit Interconnect, a leading PCB manufacturer, is seeking a Dry Film Operator in California to operate, monitor, and maintain dry film equipment. The role focuses on meeting customer specifications and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with dry film equipment, reads technical drawings, and can follow detailed instructions. High school diploma required; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating dry film equipment or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, travelers, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain dry film equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up artwork using computer technology according to production requirements.
  • Inspect artwork, imagery, and panels to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Read and accurately follow travelers, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Follow all written and verbal work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using established housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
