Job summary

Summit Interconnect is seeking a Dry Film Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain dry film equipment used in PCB manufacturing. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with production teams in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience operating dry film equipment, with strong accuracy, documentation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience operating dry film equipment.
  • Ability to read travelers, work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain dry film equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up artwork using computer technology according to production requirements.
  • Inspect artwork, imagery, and panels to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Read and follow travelers, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Follow all written and verbal work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Work safely around manufacturing chemicals.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
