Job summary

Radiant Digital is leading a Drupal-based website modernization project for a major client in Jackson, MS. You will manage day-to-day execution, align content strategy and IA with business goals, and guide migration workflows to a production-ready site.

The role requires coordinating with the client’s DOM and compliance teams to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, oversee QA/UAT, and drive timely project milestones across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale website redesigns (100+ pages) across multiple stakeholders.
• Public-sector or government site redesign projects with substantial content libraries.
• Experience working with external vendors or professional services to drive delivery.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations, migrations or redevelopment initiatives.
• Knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG standards as applied to web content and design.

Job Title: Drupal Website Modernization Project Lead

Duration: 1 Year

Website Redevelopment Execution

• Serve as the primary day-to-day execution lead working directly with Tyler Technologies on the Drupal-based website redesign and rebuild.
• Drive content strategy, information architecture decisions, and editorial direction in partnership with DOM program area stakeholders and control board.
• Lead content migration planning and execution, including auditing existing content, coordinating with content owners, and managing migration workflows.
• Oversee quality assurance, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate pre-post-launch readiness activities.

ADA Title II & Accessibility Compliance

• Lead ADA Title II compliance efforts across the website redevelopment, ensuring all deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards at minimum working directly with the DOM Legal and Compliance project stakeholders.
• Coordinate accessibility remediation activities with the Tyler Technologies team, Smartsheet resources, and internal DOM stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities and communicate status to project leadership.

Required skills

• Demonstrated experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale (100+ pages and multiple stakeholder groups) website redesign or redevelopment projects, including multiple full development lifecycles from planning through production launch.
• Experience leading public-sector or government website redesign projects involving websites with substantial content libraries.
• Experience working directly with external technology vendors and professional services firms to drive delivery.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations, migrations, or redevelopment projects.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards as they apply to web content and design.
• Experience developing or implementing web governance frameworks, content workflows, or digital change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, written communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred skills

• Experience supporting Medicaid agencies, state health departments, healthcare organizations, or human services programs.
• Experience supporting state government digital modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet forms, workflows, or automation (forms modernization is handled by a dedicated Smartsheet resource; general familiarity is a plus).
• Experience coordinating enterprise content migration projects.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments, business units, or government agencies.

• Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS) or project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CBAP), or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience with Tyler Technologies web products or comparable content management platforms.
• Experience leading public-sector or government website redesign projects involving websites with substantial content libraries (200+ pages preferred).
• Self-starter who takes initiative and operates effectively with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable navigating complex government organizations and working across hierarchical levels.
• Skilled at holding stakeholders accountable in a collegial, professional manner.
• Results-driven with a bias toward action and a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, particularly in the early phases of a new initiative.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and working sessions in Jackson, MS as required by the project schedule.
