Sheakley is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Specialist to manage our drug testing portal and administer workplace programs for clients. You will serve as the primary resource for testing program compliance, random selections, portal administration, reporting, and process support.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent customer service, with knowledge of DOT and non-DOT testing preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing drug and alcohol programs.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Experience working with multiple clients and switching between them daily.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the drug testing portal for clients.
• Serve as primary resource for clients on testing program compliance, random selections, reporting and process support.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate with multiple clients and adapt to changing workloads.
