Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience: 6+ months in customer service, admin support, or regulatory docs.
• Background in transportation, compliance, logistics, or government docs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a contact center and perform proactive outbound outreach.
• Explain regulatory requirements clearly by phone and in writing to fleet owners and drivers.
• Coordinate time-sensitive testing notifications while preserving process integrity.
• Analyze situations and determine solutions based on regulations and procedures.
• Research issues, identify solutions, and own them through to completion.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and compliance activities.
• Support random testing programs for consortium participants across the country.
• Assist customers with enrollment, compliance questions, and documentation requests.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with customers as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
