Job summary

The Intellekt Group, LLC seeks an Operations & Maintenance Technician at junior level to support DRSN hardware and software, manage user accounts, and ensure continuous network operation at Offutt AFB and CONUS sites.

The role requires IT/telephony experience, IAT II certification, TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to travel; training (DSS-2A) may be provided at Fort Huachuca, AZ, with a path to full-time as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years experience in Information Technology and/or Internet Protocol Telephony skillsets.
• Experience with Defense Red Switch Network and related C2/CC environments.
• Experience with testing equipment: Tone Generator & Probe, VoIP tester, Scope, BERT, Multimeter.
• IAT-Level II Certification.
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance.
• Willingness to attend two-week DRSN training and occasional CONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and modify DRSN and sub-systems for continuous operation.
• Support switch operation, administration, maintenance, fault isolation and service restoration.
• Perform scheduled, unscheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage databases: subscriber adds/moves/deletes, backups and purging.
• Provide end-user support and security controls per RMF guidance.
• Install support for Offutt DRSN requirements.
