Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a DRSN Engineer/Administrator to support an upcoming award/contract in a fully onsite role in the United States. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance and hands-on leadership of IT field support across multiple operating systems.

The candidate will provide 24x7x365 DRSN operations, maintenance, and administration, including on-site support at international locations, and work under security procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a relevant field.
• Security+ certification and DRSN experience are required.
• 6 years experience in IT support is expected.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills for complex service request fulfillment.
• Ability to provide IT support for staff at international locations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 years experience in IT support
• Security+ certification and DRSN experience
• Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
• Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locations
• Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery
• Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearnace

Posted Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
