Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for NA AF to optimize ship costs and vendor experience. You will lead cost plans, partner with Ops, Product, and Tech, and drive dashboards and reporting to improve speed, accuracy, and savings.

You'll own SOPs, analyze metrics, and present progress to leaders, while coordinating with compliance and finance on billing and accruals. A strong background in program management and supply chain is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual ship cost plan for Dropship with measurable targets.
• Identify cost reductions across carrier mix, packaging, zone, and mode.
• Deliver annual ship cost savings through data-driven initiatives.
• Develop SOPs for off-manifest management, labeling, and billing accuracy.
• Analyze CPU, CPP, and shipment metrics to find improvement levers.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting for ship cost KPIs.
• Present performance updates to senior leadership with clear actions.
• Coordinate with product to scope system enhancements for savings.
