Job summary

Flytrex is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Production Manufacturing in Pilot Point, TX. You will perform assembly tasks, testing, conformity evaluations, and quality control for the Flytrex Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) in alignment with design specs and the supply chain.

You will read engineering drawings, set up fixtures, handle specialized tooling, and verify product conformance while maintaining safety and aviation compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in small electronic systems, UAS, or rotorcraft experience.
• Strong engineering principles and practical manufacturing knowledge.
• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and quality control for the Flytrex UAS.
• Interpret engineering drawings and build components per work orders.
• Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments per work instructions.
• Ensure conformance to Quality Management System standards and regulatory guidelines.
