Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with small electronic systems, electrical circuitry, motor systems, or related aircraft/UAS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practical manufacturing.
• Proficient communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and components per engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform testing, calibration, and quality checks on assembled UAS hardware.
• Carefully follow QMS procedures, regulatory guidelines, and design specs.
• Operate hand/power tools and precision measuring devices safely.
• Maintain tooling and document audit findings and inspection results.
• Identify non-conformances, document discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Conform to aviation regulations and Flytrex policies.
