Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist for small drones to ensure reliability and mission readiness of sUAS systems including Anvil, Bolt, and Ghost. You will resolve field failures, perform root-cause analysis, deploy fixes, and coordinate across teams for fleet-wide improvements.

You will work with TRS partners to optimize observability, collect failure data, and support global customers with proactive communications and a strong focus on national security.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated self-starter with issue-resolution capability.
• Ability to operate across hardware, software and networks.

Responsibilities

• Sustain Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil deployments with deep product knowledge.
• Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems.
• Improve fleet observability and health telemetry with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze failure data to define trends and guide sustainment.
