Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer for the Drones team to ensure high-quality testing of Bolt, Anvil, and Ghost drones and to meet production throughput.

You will develop and maintain test capabilities, train technicians, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve failures. A U.S. Secret security clearance is required for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assemblies testing and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Maintain and improve test systems to reduce cycle time and increase coverage.
• Develop test instructions and train technicians for MES usage.
• Analyze test data and report defects with actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with Design/Quality/Manufacturing to support returns and failures.
