Job summary

EOTECH Autonomy LLC in Michigan is seeking an Integration Specialist to assemble and test new hardware, software, and payloads on our unmanned aircraft platform. You will perform bench work, flight tests, and FPV demonstrations for customers and partners.

You will document results, troubleshoot issues, and support production and engineering with builds and tuning. Willingness to travel up to 25% and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UAS, FPV aircraft, robotics, electronics, or related field.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting flight controllers and UAS hardware.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow test procedures, document results, and communicate findings clearly.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Integrate sensors, payloads, radios, flight controllers, and companion computers onto the drone platform.
• Perform bench setup, wiring, firmware configuration, and parameter tuning.
• Plan and execute ground and flight tests; document results and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot failures and propose corrective actions.
• Fly FPV demonstrations at customer sites, military installations, and events.
• Maintain flight logs, aircraft configuration records, and inventory.
