Job summary

Westmag is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive growth in the drone motors and robot actuators market. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and building lasting relationships with drone OEMs and robotics companies.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering to align offerings and opportunities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales within drone/robotics manufacturing, excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience in drone/robotics manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with drone OEMs, robotics companies, and other key market players.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and report on sales performance to senior management.
• Represent Westmag at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and brand.
