Job summary

Westmag is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive revenue growth for drone motors and robotic actuators in the U.S. market. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate key OEM and robotics relationships, and align strategies with product and engineering teams.

You will own forecasting, market analysis, and engagement at industry events, ensuring targets are met and the brand expands in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience in drone/robotics/advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of drone motor, robotics, or related tech industries.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with drone OEMs, robotics companies, and other key market players.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering to align sales with offerings.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, and report on performance to senior management.
• Represent Westmag at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
