Job summary

Westmag, a U.S. manufacturer of drone motors and robot actuators, seeks a Sales Lead to drive growth and lead the sales team in the drone and robotics markets.

You will develop strategic plans, manage customer relationships with OEMs, and coordinate with marketing, product, and engineering to align offerings with market needs. The role requires a proven sales track record, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in drone/robotics/advanced manufacturing
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of drone motor/robotics markets
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and attend events
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with drone OEMs, robotics companies, and other key players
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering to align sales with offerings
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competition
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, and report to senior management
• Represent Westmag at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
