Job summary

You will work with flight test operators, handle batteries and equipment, and adapt to early hours and variable schedules with up to 20% travel. A Part 107 license is required.

Qualifications

• Part 107 drone license required.
• No UAV experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily test readiness by managing batteries, preparing equipment, and on-site logistics.
• Operate in field environments with outdoor exposure to varying weather (heat, dust, cold, wind).
• Stay flexible with schedules, including early mornings, late afternoons, and up to ~20% travel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface observations and support iterative improvements during testing.
