Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. through its DoorDash Labs unit is developing regulated drone delivery operations and ground support for last‑mile logistics.

This role involves cross‑functional collaboration with Flight Operations, identifying operational risks, and assisting with non-flight tasks such as drone dropoff points, data collection, and merchant launch readiness. You will also contribute to other Commercial Operations tasks as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Working cross functionally with Flight Operations and being a part of the Ground Operations team.
• Identifying operational risk and escalating safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead.
• Assisting in all operational tasks outside of flight - ex. Drone Dropoff Points, manual data collection, merchant launch readiness, etc.
• Working on other Commercial Operations associated tasks assigned by mgmt.
• Support the Commercial Ground Operations team in assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools.
• Work closely with Flight Operations & support on the ground.
