Job summary

DoorDash Labs is pioneering regulated drone delivery operations within DoorDash. You will collaborate across Flight Operations and Ground Operations to support safe, scalable last-mile drone activities and provide critical input to production systems and tools on the ground.

You will contribute to operational risk assessment, data collection, and merchant launch readiness while aligning with leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency across ground operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional work with Flight Operations and Ground Operations teams.
• Identify operational risks and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead.
• Assist in operational tasks outside of flight, such as Drone Drop Spots, data collection, merchant launch readiness.
• Work on other Commercial Operations tasks as assigned by management.
• Support Commercial Ground Operations tasks and provide structured feedback on systems and tools.
