Job summary

DoorDash Labs is building regulated drone delivery operations and exploring autonomous aviation to transform last-mile logistics. This role partners with Flight Operations and Ground Operations to identify risks, support operational tasks, and align on merchant launch readiness.

You will collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured feedback on production systems, working on ground support and safety-critical processes with an emphasis on precision and scalability.
