Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 2–4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Define validation requirements with design, controls and lab teams.
• Plan, prepare, and execute drivetrain component and system validation testing.
• Instrument test units, including test setups and data acquisition.
• Analyze test data, compare results to requirements, and identify performance gaps.
• Apply system-level thinking to evaluate component interactions and tradeoffs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues during testing.
• Perform inspections, failure analysis, and support root cause investigations.
• Document test procedures, results and conclusions in technical reports.
