Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to determine root causes and tradeoffs in software and controls.
• Clear communication of validation results, risks, and project status.
• Knowledge of controls development, simulation, and hardware integration.
• Experience with NPI processes and software-enabled product delivery.
• Strong problem solving for drivetrain mechatronics and embedded software.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI controls development for Large Tract Tractor applications from requirements to delivery.
• Develop and integrate drivetrain control solutions for transmissions and actuators.
• Own validation planning with verification strategies across sim, bench, and machine.
• Drive technology transformation to improve quality and efficiency.
• Apply systems engineering to balance performance, durability, and cost.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams for design reviews and releases.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software and validation teams for integration.
• Lead data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement in mechatronics development.
