This onsite role focuses on hands-on testing, data analysis, and influencing product development through rigorous validation practices. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and 3+ years of experience in drivetrains or heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Experience in drivetrain validation and data analysis preferred.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define validation requirements with cross‑functional teams.
• Plan and execute lab and system-level validation testing.
• Analyze data, identify performance gaps, and report conclusions.
• Identify issues during validation and drive root-cause investigations.
• Support NPI and CPI programs and manage test activities.
