Job summary

Alisal is seeking an experienced Transportation Attendant to join our Guest Services team at SOLVANG, CA. The temporary role drives guests to various destinations across the Ranch, expertly maneuvering passenger vans and a truck/trailer to transport up to 50 guests.

The ideal candidate will deliver impeccable service in transit, welcome guests, and adhere to safety and on-site procedures. Must have a Class B license, be 21+, and able to work weekends; on-site duties include standing, walking,

Salary Range: $20.50 - $20.50 Hourly

Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Transportation Attendant to join our team.

This Temporary position is part of our Guest Services division and entails driving guests to various destinations at the Ranch. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be comfortable expertly maneuvering passenger vans as well as a truck and trailer, transporting up to 50 guests. Looking for a person with impeccable service skills to ensure Alisal guests enjoy top notch service in transit from place to place at the beautiful and expansive property.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving skills.
• Ability to drive at night.
• Prior hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
• Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.

Requirements

• Class B license required.
• Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
• Must have current and valid CA Driver’s License, class B, for operating company vehicles and be over 21yrs of age to be covered under fleet insurance to drive guests.
• Conditional offer subject to criminal background check and DMV record review.
• Open availability to accommodate varying schedules as well as able to work on weekends and holidays.
