Alisal Properties is hiring Coordinators for the Lake Team in Solvang, CA. Positions are full-time and/or part-time, paying $18.00 per hour plus service charge with an average of $19.50–$24 per hour including tips.

The role focuses on leading guests through Archery, Air Rifles, Axe Throwing, and Fishing while ensuring safety and world-class guest experiences. Responsibilities include instruction, equipment maintenance, on-site safety, and facilitating food/beverage and rentals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the illustrated activities and customer service preferred.
• Desire to establish outstanding, authentic interactions with guests.
• Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Instruct guests on Archery, Air Rifles, Axe Throwing, and Fishing.
• Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable outing and provide service and sales (food, tackle, rentals).
• Clean and maintain equipment and facilities; transport guests and equipment as needed.
• Teach classes and assist guests with fishing and other activities.

Job DetailsJob Location: SOLVANG, CA 93463 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre, working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking experienced and service-oriented Coordinators to join our Activities Lake Team.

Full-Time and Part-Time roles entail instructing guests on Archery, Air Rifles, Axe Throwing, and Fishing. Ensuring guests have a trouble-free, safe, and enjoyable outing. Cleaning and maintaining all equipment and facilities. Teaching classes, helping guests with fishing, or anything else needed to create a world-class experience while guests are at the Lake. Providing services and sales, including food and beverage sales, tackle sales, boat and equipment rentals; all while establishing and enforcing safety procedures. Ensuring Lake facilities and equipment are always clean and ready for guest use. Transporting guests and equipment to and from the Lake using Alisal vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work indoors, or outdoors, and in varying temperatures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
• Conditional offer subject to criminal background check and DMV record review.
• Must be at least 21 years of age in order to drive guests in company vehicles and be covered under Alisal’s fleet policy.
• Open availability to accommodate varied schedules as well as being able to work on weekends and holidays.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Position pay $18 per hour plus service charge (average rate per hour with service charge is $19.50-24/hr).
