Job summary

Primary duties include building relationships with drivers, reviewing submissions for eligibility, coordinating transfers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of Driver Personnel experience or equivalent.
• Strong data entry, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers seeking new opportunities.
• Review portal submissions for eligibility and fit.
• Coordinate transfers with internal teams to complete processes.
• Facilitate relocation and administer documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fill driver needs promptly.
• Promote job opportunities to improve driver retention.
• Handle driver calls and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Support DOT applications during peak times.
