Qualifications

• Maintain professionalism during difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with J.B. Hunt drivers seeking new opportunities.
• Review driver portal submissions to evaluate eligibility for open positions and recommend matches.
• Coordinate transfers with internal teams to ensure efficient processes.
• Facilitate relocation and administer required documentation for transfers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet driver needs promptly.
• Promote company benefits and available positions to improve retention.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls to resolve driver inquiries efficiently.
• Support onboarding team with DOT applications during peak times.
• Review and maintain driver documentation accuracy.
