Paycom - ATS in Phoenix, AZ seeks a School Director to lead day-to-day training operations for an established truck driver training program. Reporting to the Regional Manager and President, you will oversee instructors, admissions, scheduling, and program quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management, sales and admin experience, an understanding of workforce education, strong communication and organizational skills, and a professional work ethic.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead local team of instructors and staff.
• Oversee student admissions and lead calls.
• Recruit and sell programs to students and company customers.
• Schedule instructors, students, trucks and CDL tests.
• Outreach to students to funding agencies.
• Manage attendance, testing, grading and student files.
• Invoice for services and ensure timely tuition collection.
• Ensure profitable financial management, cash flow and revenue.
• Monitor CDL program quality and safety of employees and students.
• Maintain honest, hardworking, friendly work environment.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and records/reports.
• Assist student job placement.
• Manage CDL test site operations.
• Perform general administrative duties.
