Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a CDL Instructors/Trainers to train new drivers in Houston, TX, working evenings and nights with home nights and weekends. The role emphasizes practical trucking instruction and curriculum delivery, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a valid Class A CDL and at least two years of trucking experience, plus the ability to teach and demonstrate the SAGE curriculum to students.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and safe driving record.
• At least 2 years of trucking experience demonstrating instructional competency.
• Ability to demonstrate curriculum content to students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and train students on CDL driving skills and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate SAGE curriculum and drive on-range and on-road maneuvers.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to interstate trucking regulations and safety standards.
