Job summary

WM is seeking a training professional to deliver and assess designated curricula, coaching participants to performance expectations. The role includes completing final evaluations and maintaining accurate training records, while applying adult learning techniques in classroom and course exercises.

Responsibilities involve communicating with trainers and field managers, reporting on attendance, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher is required.
• High School Diploma or GED with two years of work experience.
• 1 year of driving experience in the trucking industry.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, assesses and coaches training curricula according to organizational needs.
• Completes final evaluations and conducts the final coaching session to rate performance.
• Models professional behavior and communicates behavioral expectations to trainees.
• Reports attendance, schedule and observations to the Training Coordinator.
• Delivers curricula using adult and accelerated learning techniques.
• Provides feedback for trainee evaluations and maintains training records.
• Keeps knowledge of procedures up to date by reading professional materials.
• Coordinates with driver trainers and field managers about operations and training needs.

Education

Associate's Degree (accredited)

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two (2) years of work experience
