Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person environments for agents, team leaders, ambassadors, and support staff.

You will lead discussions, role plays, exercises, and checks to reinforce objectives, and coach learners on skills, product knowledge, and customer experience. Collaborate with Training Leadership to support goals, maintain records, and coordinate follow-up sessions, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales, or customer service.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage groups and manage classroom dynamics.
• Experience facilitating virtual training sessions using video conferencing and platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training in virtual and in‑person environments.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for agents, team leaders, ambassadors, and support staff.
• Lead classroom discussions, role plays, exercises, and knowledge checks to reinforce learning objectives.
• Create a positive, interactive learning environment that encourages participation.
• Coach learners on skill development, product knowledge, sales behaviors, and customer experience best practices.
• Reinforce concepts through follow‑up sessions, huddles, coaching, and ongoing learner support.
• Assess learner understanding and adapt facilitation techniques for diverse audiences.
• Partner with Training Leadership and operational leaders to support training initiatives and performance goals.
• Provide feedback on learner performance and training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and required documentation.
• Support continuous learning initiatives and employee development programs.
• Represent the Global Training & Education team with professionalism in interactions with employees and partners.
