Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Driver Trainer based in the Atlanta area to support and partner with an assigned territory across GA, AL, TN. The role requires CDL with hazmat endorsements or ability to obtain within 60 days, DOT knowledge, and a passion for safety culture.

• Experience with CDL driving and safety training.
• Familiarity with DOT rules and compliance.
• Proven ability to train drivers and improve safety outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Road Safety partner and contributor to advance safety goals.
• Ensure Road Safety Program standards are implemented across operations.
• Invite drivers to participate in Road Safety audits and learn from results.
• Collaborate with drivers to communicate audit trends and events.
• Curate Road Safety insights on bulletin boards and reports for the community.
